Main construction features:
Use: the modularity of the ovens, completely independent, the possibility of superimposing the ovens (up to a maximum of 4 per model), the complete finishing of each oven, are the strengths of these ovens. They are suitable for baking pastry, bread and pizza by the cut or round, in a pan or directly on the oven plate. Maximum cooking temperature : 400 °C.
Front: in stainless steel, with control panel on the right side of the oven, on request it is possible to have it on the left side.
The door opening handle is located on the right side of the oven, on request you can have it on the left side. All models have two door opening handles, one on the left and one on the right except for the MD model which has only one handle. External panels in stainless steel.
Thermal Insulation: in rock wool both in panels and long fibres. Flexible stainless-steel door seals.
Oven: made of aluminized sheet, lighting with halogen lamps. The oven plate is made of granite cement, with a metal mesh inside. On request the plates can be made of refractory material.

Electric control panel it is located laterally to the oven, on the right side, on request it is possible to have it on the left side
For all models, a consumption divider with: automatic oven ignition; independent and differentiated regulation (top and bottom) of the power with a reduction of up to 50% of the power used; programmable cooking time.
Steamer: located in the back. The vaporization command can be manual or automatic.
Extractor hood: completely in stainless steel, on request possibility of mounting a motorized extractor to extract the vapours.
Leavening cell: in stainless steel, it can be mounted on wheels.
It can be equipped with a removable tray rack.
Support stand: entirely in stainless steel, it can be equipped with tray racks and wheels.
