The electrical panel is positioned laterally (on the right) and is easily accessible for maintenance. All models include standard steam systems, essential for maintaining proper humidity during cooking.
Completing the system is the stainless steel exhaust hood and the proofing chamber, also in stainless steel, mountable on wheels and equipped with a removable tray rack. Among the available options is the automatic steam kit with electronic control. The support stand, made of stainless steel, can be customized with tray racks and wheels.
