The MD/CT electric modular oven represents the highest capacity and power of the Premium line. Designed for large bakeries, food production facilities, and industrial kitchens, it features an extra-deep baking chamber of 1900 mm, capable of accommodating up to 6 trays (60x40 cm) simultaneously. Available with 18 or 25 cm chamber height.
