The TSR24 CL 80×120 is the largest professional rotary oven in the range, designed for large pastry and food industries with very high production volumes. It is compatible with 80×120 cm trays and double 60×80 cm trays, and can handle up to 36 trays simultaneously. The high power of 71 kW ensures even and consistent baking, even at full load.
