These ovens stand out for their full stainless steel finish, both on the front and external panels, and high-performance rock wool insulation, ensuring thermal stability and energy savings. The cooking chambers are made of aluminized sheet metal, illuminated with halogen lamps, and equipped with granite cement plates reinforced with a metal mesh, perfect for even baking of bread, pizza, and pastries directly on the surface.
The atmospheric gas burner (available in methane or LPG versions) provides consistent and easily adjustable heat. The side-mounted electrical panel allows simple and intuitive control, with the option to add electronic controls and separate upper/lower heating regulation, optimizing each baking cycle.
The stainless steel insulated door with inspection glass is available in various heights (18, 25, or 30 cm), with bilateral opening handles except for the MD model which has a single handle. On request, command panels and door opening can be configured on the left side.
Completing the setup are a built-in rear steamer for perfect humidity control, a stainless steel extraction hood, a stainless steel proofing chamber on wheels, and a stainless steel support stand, customizable with baking tray racks and wheels.
