
Cimav's modular electric ovens are the ideal solution for artisan workshops and bakeries shops seeking flexibility, efficiency, and build quality.
The strength of these ovens lies in the modularity of the completely independent baking chambers, which can be stacked up to a maximum of four per model. Each chamber is fully finished and allows optimal baking up to 400°C, suitable for bread, pastries, and pizza (both square and round, in pans or directly on the oven plate).
The stainless steel facade integrates the side control panel (standard on the right, available on the left upon request). The stainless steel door with inspection window is customizable with right or left opening and is available in three heights. The entire external structure is made of stainless steel, with high-resistance rock wool insulation, while the baking chamber is made of aluminized sheet metal, illuminated by halogen lamps.
The baking plates are made of granite cement with internal metal mesh, while the armored stainless steel electric resistors ensure uniform heat distribution. The electrical panel is lateral (standard on the right, customizable on the left or with dual thermostat).
Equipped with a high-power rear steam generator, the ovens offer manual or automatic steam management. The offer is completed with a fully stainless steel extraction hood and the possibility to combine a mobile-proofing chamber, a removable tray trolley, and an automatic steam kit with electronic control. The supporting stand, also in stainless steel, can be equipped with grids and wheels.
